The aim of the MUFON-CES is to raise the discussion of UFOs on a scientific level and to inform colleaguesabout this phenomenon. The operation is the pragmatic skeptic is to check by eye witness accounts, the use of monitoring instruments, preparation of explanatory models and in collaboration with scientists at home andabroad. The fundamental conviction of experience of the members is that there are phenomena that can not beidentified. One explanation for this can not be delivered.
